Engagement Governance & Invoicing Terms
All consulting engagements are billed in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$) according to formal milestone deliverables or agreed monthly retainer periods.
For milestone-based advisory projects, an initial deposit of 30% to 50% is required upon contract signing to allocate principal consultant capacity, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of final architectural artifacts and executive review sign-off.
